DESTINY HUB collects basic information required to service your requests,
including your name, mailing address, email, and phone number. This information
is gathered when you purchase products/gift certificates or sign up for email
notifications. Your card information is requested only when you place an order
and is submitted via the highest level of encryption to ensure the greatest
amount of safety and security.
When you browse our website, we also use “cookies” or bits of tracking data
to gather information about your preferences. This includes your internet
service provider’s address and your clicks and activity on our website. We do

If you are a registered user with destinyhub.in, you can also log into My
Account, and unsubscribe (currently not available) from the Newsletter
Subscriptions page. In both cases, you will be removed from our mailing list.

Destiny Hub believes in a customer-first philosophy, owing to that we aim to
deliver your products to you most safely and quickly. For the same reason, we
partner only with reputed national couriers.
We have partnered with leading shipping partners across India to ensure smooth
and timely delivery to you. However, Shipping time for different products may
vary depending upon the circumstances. You can look for shipping info on the
product page for individual shipping times. Due to COVID-19, many orders are
getting delayed due to disruptions in logistics services across India.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday
through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and
Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including
unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to
weather conditions and strikes. Ongoing COVID-19 situations and lockdowns can
also lead to delays in the delivery of orders.
Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped. Address
change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.
As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking

customer in uncertain circumstances.
TAMPERED DELIVERY POLICY
Destiny Hub uses third-party logistics for processing all the orders. In
unforeseen circumstances wherein the logistics partner refuses to accept the
customer’s claim of wrong or tampered delivery or non-delivery of parcels, Destiny
Hub shall not be held liable for any loss until the below-mentioned guidelines are
followed by customers.
If a Destiny Hub parcel is received in a tampered condition, the customer shall
refuse to accept the parcel from the logistics partner.
In case the customer denies receiving the parcel, while the logistics
partner shows the parcel to be delivered, the customer needs to raise the issue
within 48 hours of the delivery message. Destiny Hub will share Proof of
Delivery (POD) with the customer after receiving it from the logistics partner.
Even after sharing the POD, if a customer refuses to accept the authenticity
of the shared POD, Destiny Hub can ONLY assist the customer in raising the
concern with the concerned logistics partner. Destiny Hub would re-fulfill the
order ONLY when the logistics partner confirms that the parcel is lost and not
delivered to the customer.
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 48 hours of placing
the order only through email.

& Bank holidays.
If the product is already shipped from our end, we cannot accept
cancellation for it.
We understand that you had some issues with our product and wish to return
it, don’t worry we have a very flexible return policy in place for any
discrepancies that you may face while shopping with Destiny Hub.
Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of
receiving the shipment. You need to email us the details of your order with the

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a
photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email:
We respect your decision and try our best to ensure a smooth return for your
product. However, our team must receive your return request within 7 days at
email@example.com. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for
a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time.
Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. It
generally takes up to 7 days from the date of the Return Request for us to
initiate the refund for you. We will initiate the refund after we receive the
item it has gone through the necessary quality checks and will take 48 to 96
hours to reflect in your bank account.

Reverse pickup for return requests is only available for a select number of pin
